Need help + OBJECTIVE & reliable advice on home renovation. Some work (mostly completed ) was done late last year . Sadly the 2 gentlemen ho did the work then went into bankruptcy . Result: significant deposit paid for other work was lost , plus another $50,000 on related work that was not done. (BTW: there is no evidence the workers had pre-planned this , and I need to give them bnefit of doubt.  My point : BEST if I ask your help in arranging/checking agreement and such.
